1. Services
ProStrike Pest Solutions provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout Queen Creek, AZ and the Phoenix East Valley. Service details, plan coverage, and pricing are outlined on our website and confirmed at the time of agreement.
All pest control services are subject to inspection and are based on property conditions at the time of service. Results may vary depending on environmental factors, structural conditions, sanitation practices, and seasonal pest pressure.
2. Service Plans & Billing
Our general pest control plans are structured as bimonthly services billed monthly and are based on a 12-month service agreement unless otherwise stated in writing.
Pricing may vary depending on property size, pest type, and level of infestation. Specialty services such as termite treatment, German roach control, rodent control, mosquito control, and bed bug treatment may require additional service agreements or adjustments to plan level.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.
3. Access to Property
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property for scheduled service visits. This includes:
Unlocking gates
Securing pets
Clearing access to treatment areas
Informing us of any hazards
If access is not available at the time of service, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Customer Responsibilities
For best results, customers agree to:
Follow preparation instructions when provided
Maintain sanitation and reduce conditions that attract pests
Address structural or moisture issues that may contribute to pest activity
Communicate any concerns promptly
Pest control is most effective when professional treatment is combined with proper prevention steps.
5. Termite & Specialty Services
Termite inspections are visual inspections of accessible areas only. We do not open walls, move heavy furniture, or dismantle structures unless specifically agreed upon.
Specialty pest services (such as German roaches, rodents, mosquitoes, and bed bugs) may require multiple treatments and cooperation with preparation instructions for optimal results.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we use professional products and proven treatment methods, pest control cannot guarantee immediate or permanent elimination in all cases due to environmental and structural factors beyond our control.
ProStrike Pest Solutions is not responsible for:
Pre-existing structural damage
Hidden infestations in inaccessible areas
Conditions created by third parties
Damage resulting from failure to follow preparation or prevention guidance
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the most recent service visit.
