We offer multiple plan options. Our general pest plan includes bimonthly service billed monthly. Premium and Elite plans add specialty pest coverage depending on your needs. For commercial quotes, contact us and we’ll provide a tailored estimate.

We cover the Phoenix East Valley: Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction, and Phoenix.

Yes. We are licensed through the Arizona Pest Management Division, Lic #10175, and we carry insurance for residential and commercial pest services.

We don’t typically offer one-time services because our goal is to eliminate pests and help keep them away. Ongoing service with a maintenance schedule usually provides the best long-term results.

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, and Mastercard.

Most visits include a full inspection plus interior and exterior treatment. We focus on entry points, activity areas, and prevention zones to reduce the chance of recurring issues.
